01 About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Novalira, provided by H-VNCareer (“we”, “us”, or “our”). Novalira’s Android package is com.tt.novalira.on. Contact: long123v123@gmail.com.
By using Novalira, you agree to these terms to the extent enforceable under applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled; agreement to these terms does not replace any separate privacy consent required by law.
02 Age and eligibility
You must be legally eligible to use the service in your location and comply with the app-store age rating and any content restrictions. Novalira is not intended for children under 13. If you are a minor who may lawfully use the service, your parent or guardian must authorize your use where required by law.
03 What Novalira provides
Novalira lets you browse and search short dramas, stream episodes, save favorites locally, and resume viewing from local watch history. An internet connection is required. Your carrier or internet provider may charge for data use.
Titles, episodes, subtitles, language options, and availability depend on the content provider, region, and current catalog. The catalog may change or content may be removed. We do not guarantee that a particular title, language, resolution, or subtitle will always be available.
Saved favorites and viewing progress are currently stored on your device. The app does not promise cloud synchronization, permanent preservation of history, or offline video downloads.
04 Personal use and content rights
Subject to these terms and applicable rights, you may use Novalira for personal, non-commercial viewing. This permission does not transfer ownership of the app, videos, images, music, trademarks, or other material. Rights remain with the relevant owners.
You must not copy, redistribute, publicly exhibit, sell, or create unauthorized downloads of content. You must not bypass content access controls, misuse API credentials, scrape the service at scale, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity. Any restriction is subject to rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
05 Advertising and third-party services
Novalira is supported by advertising. Ads may appear in different parts of the experience, and their format or frequency may change. Where a rewarded-ad option is offered, the app will describe the available benefit. We do not promise an unlimited or ad-free experience.
Ads and external links may lead to third-party services. Their operators are responsible for their own products, terms, and privacy practices. An advertisement is not our endorsement of the advertiser. Use care before sharing information or buying through an external service.
The current version does not offer a Novalira account, an in-app subscription, or its own paid checkout. If paid features are introduced, applicable prices and purchase terms will be presented before purchase. Purchases made on an external service are governed by that service’s terms.
06 Responsible use and reporting
Do not use the service to infringe copyright, breach another person’s rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt other users or providers.
If you believe content accessible through Novalira infringes your rights, email long123v123@gmail.com with the title or episode, a description of the issue, information identifying the relevant right, and your contact details. We will review reports and take appropriate action within our control.
07 Availability, updates, and ending use
We may update, change, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service for operational, security, legal, or content-rights reasons. Where legally required, we will give appropriate notice. We may restrict access in response to misuse, legal requirements, or security risks.
You can stop using Novalira at any time and uninstall it. Uninstalling or clearing app storage can remove your local preferences and viewing records. Information retained by independent providers is governed by their policies and applicable law.
08 Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free playback, or continued availability of particular content. We take reasonable care in operating the app but cannot control your network, device, or independent providers.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from service interruptions, loss of local app data, or actions of independent third parties. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees, fraud, or other non-excludable liability.
09 Applicable law and consumer rights
Applicable law determines the enforceability of these terms. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer or privacy protections available in your country of habitual residence or requires you to waive access to a competent court or regulator. Where a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These terms do not impose mandatory private arbitration or a waiver of non-waivable statutory rights.
10 Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The current version and effective date will be available on this page. Material changes will be notified as required by law. If you do not accept an applicable change, you may stop using Novalira.
