Understand what stays on your device, what our online services process, and how to contact us about your privacy.

01 Who we are

Novalira (Android package com.tt.novalira.on) is provided by H-VNCareer (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app and visit these legal pages.

02 Information stored on your device

The app stores your saved dramas, watch history, last episode and playback position, language choices, theme preference, and onboarding state on your device. These records support favorites, continue watching, and app preferences.

The current app does not upload your complete saved library or local watch-history database as an account profile. Individual searches and content requests are sent to the content service as described below. Your Android backup settings may also include app data in a device backup managed by your device or backup provider.

03 Searches and streaming requests

To find and stream dramas, Novalira connects to the TikDrama content service and the hosting or content-delivery services that provide images, video, and subtitles. Requests include the search text you enter, requested title or episode identifiers, language and subtitle preferences, and technical information needed to complete the request.

These services receive your IP address and request timing, and may receive standard connection or client metadata. This information is used to return search results, deliver media, maintain service reliability, and protect the service from misuse. Search queries leave your device when you search; do not enter sensitive personal information into search fields.

04 Advertising and analytics

Novalira contains advertising and uses Google AdMob, Firebase Remote Config, and Meta App Events. Firebase Analytics collection is disabled in the current app build. AdMob and enabled advertising partners can process IP-derived approximate location, advertising or app identifiers, app and ad interactions, and technical diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Firebase Remote Config uses installation or app-instance identifiers and technical information to deliver app configuration.

Meta App Events tracking starts when the app launches to measure campaigns. It may receive app activity and advertising measurement events such as impressions, clicks, rewards, and revenue-related event data. These are separate from a personal payment record. The app does not currently collect payment-card information or provide its own subscription checkout.

Depending on the advertising configuration, mediation services supplied by AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, InMobi, or Pangle may participate in serving ads and process device, interaction, and diagnostic data under their own policies. Including a provider in the app does not mean every provider serves an ad in every session.

Ad personalization and measurement depend on provider settings, your device settings, and applicable requirements. The app requests advertising consent where required; Meta app-event measurement is initialized at launch. This policy does not itself give consent to personalized advertising.

05 Information you send to us

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments or device/app details you choose to include. We use this information to respond, investigate problems, handle rights requests, and keep an appropriate support record. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.

06 Purposes and grounds for processing

We use information to provide content access and playback, remember local preferences, operate and improve the app, configure features, measure and support advertising, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, the relevant grounds are providing the service you request, legitimate interests in service security and administration where those interests do not override your rights, compliance with legal obligations, or consent when required for a particular processing activity. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Using the app is not a substitute for a legally required consent choice.

07 Recipients and international processing

Information is disclosed to the content and delivery providers needed to serve requests, advertising and analytics providers, infrastructure and support providers, and authorities where required by law. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the service, or in a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.

Some providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside your country. Applicable transfer safeguards depend on the provider and the law governing the transfer. You can ask us for information about processing we control.

Advertising disclosures may be treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising or as a “sale” under some privacy laws even when no direct payment is made for personal information. Where these laws apply, you may request the applicable opt-out. We do not claim that advertising data is never shared.

08 Retention and deletion

Local favorites, progress, and preferences remain until you remove the relevant item, clear Novalira’s app storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Clearing storage resets app preferences and history. Device backups are separate and may restore data; manage them through your backup provider’s settings.

Support correspondence is retained while needed to resolve the request and for necessary legal, security, or dispute-handling purposes. Content, analytics, and advertising providers have their own retention schedules. We have not established a single retention period that covers all of their independent systems.

There is no Novalira account to delete. To request deletion of information we control, contact long123v123@gmail.com. We will explain what information we can locate or delete and any lawful exceptions. Removing local app data does not automatically delete information held by third-party providers.

09 Your choices and privacy rights

You can remove favorites in the app, change language and theme preferences, and clear local app storage through Android settings. Your device may offer controls to reset or delete its advertising identifier and adjust ad privacy preferences. These settings do not necessarily stop all advertising, fraud-prevention, or service-related processing.

Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of qualifying targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. These rights may have legal exceptions.

Send a request to long123v123@gmail.com, identifying Novalira and the request you want to make. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request and locate relevant records. We do not require you to create an account. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent, appeal a decision, or complain to a competent privacy authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

10 Permissions and security

The app needs internet access to retrieve content and serve its online functions. It does not currently request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location for its drama-viewing features. Approximate location can still be inferred from an IP address by service or advertising providers.

Novalira is configured to use encrypted HTTPS connections and reject cleartext network traffic. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of independent third-party services.

11 Children and age suitability

Novalira is not directed to children under 13. Drama content may have a higher age rating or age restriction; follow the app-store rating and the requirements in your location. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact long123v123@gmail.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12 Third-party privacy notices

These notices provide additional information about third-party processing. Their practices and available controls may change.

These legal pages contain no advertising SDK, analytics script, tracking pixel, or contact form. GitHub may process standard visitor request information as the hosting provider.

13 Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app, providers, or data practices change. The current version and effective date will be shown here. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
