1. Provider and agreement
NijPath Browser is provided by H-VNCareer (“we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge its Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable consumer law.
2. Using NijPath Browser
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the app on your device for lawful personal use, subject to the rules of the store where you obtained it. Do not interfere with the app, abuse advertising systems, distribute malware, or use the app to violate others' rights or applicable law.
NijPath Browser does not provide an app account or cloud sync. Website compatibility depends on Android WebView, your device, and the website. You are responsible for your internet connection and information you choose to share with websites.
3. Privacy controls and limits
Private tabs use a separate profile where supported by Android WebView. Ending a Private session closes its tabs and clears local site data. App Lock is optional and relies on device authentication or a locally stored PIN verifier. These controls do not make you anonymous or erase data already received by websites, advertising providers, or network operators.
Keep copies of bookmarks or downloads you need. Clearing data, uninstalling the app, and ending a Private session may be irreversible.
4. VPN preview
The VPN item is marked “Coming soon”. The current version does not offer a VPN connection, accept VPN configurations, or route traffic through a VPN. We do not promise a future release date for this feature.
5. Websites, downloads, and external services
Websites, search engines, ads, and videos opened from NijPath Browser are supplied by third parties. We do not create or control their content, availability, security, or terms. Check addresses before entering sensitive information. Do not download or open files you do not trust.
Short Drama cards may open YouTube or another app outside NijPath Browser. That service's terms and privacy policy then apply.
6. Advertising
The Store edition may display ads, including while Private mode is enabled. Ad content and destinations are supplied by third parties. The separate Premium edition disables in-app ads. We may change placements or providers; material data-practice changes will be reflected in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue features to maintain the app, address security issues, comply with law, or respond to technical changes. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that every site, ad, or download will work on every device or network.
8. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided without a guarantee that it will be error-free or provide complete privacy or security. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections in your location still apply.
9. Changes and contact
